Hoping this finds you all fit and well.

 

A huge thank you to the many who recently sent me birthday greetings over the social media platforms for my 60th last month, many of which were from my fitness compatriots overseas, you are all true stars!!!

We are now finally into the start of Spring and the beginning of yet another month, hard to believe where the year has gone so far. I have recently attended the awards ceremony down in Southampton for the official recognition of the UK Fitness Trainer of the Year 2023/24, everything couldn't have gone more perfect and I should be awaiting the photos sometime this week, and as soon as I receive these, I will put some up online and on my social network platforms for all to see.
