Ged Musto is a Multi-Award Winning Personal Trainer, Sports Therapist, UK and International Fitness Writer, and is well known within the world of Stamina and Endurance, he is a multi-endurance athlete with none other than 4 World Bests and 7 British Bests to his name. These include the One Hour Sit-Ups set in 1999 of which he still holds the highest total of 2,908 which is seen by many as the benchmark, and 2,467 Full Press-Ups in One Hour set in 1995.
Ged is one of the very top trainers in his field in the UK, and has also been named as one of the top 10 Personal Trainers none other than three times in 20 years by the governing body within the Fitness Industry. He was the World's Fittest Man back in 1999, and his many stamina feats are testament to this.
He also represented the Armed Forces and Corps in sports such as Track and Field Athletics, Cross Country Running, Cross Country Skiing, Boxing, Badminton, and Cricket.
He has also competed in Weightlifting and Powerlifting competitions, he has written articles on the legendary Bodybuilding legend Lee Labrada's website. Ged is also a former accomplished arm wrestler and took part in the European Arm-Wrestling Championships back in 1997. He also arm wrestled professionally in the German League in the late 1980's.
