I have recently had the huge honour to write for the American Nutrition company Labrada Nutrition, and the bodybuilding legend that is none other than Lee Labrada.

My first article is none other than the emergence of Resistance Training.

I am hoping that this will open major doors for me stateside in regards to fitness articles.
